Pennsylvania Farming & Dairying Exemption For customers who reside in PA and have a valid PA sales tax exemption form on file with Lapp's Barn Equipment, with the exemption reason being that the items purchased will be used in dairying and farming, will only be charged tax on nonexemt items. NONEXEMPT ITEMS inlude any item which becomes a permanent fixture such as, but not limited to: Gates

Livestock feeding and Watering Equipment Customers who reside in PA but do not have a valid PA sales tax exemption for on file with Lapp's must pay tax on all purchases including labor but excluding shipping. Manufacturing, Resale, and Nonprofit Exemptions Customers who provide Lapp's with a tax exemption form for manufacturing, resale, or nonprofit exemptins will not be taxed on any purchases. Out of State Customers Customers who reside outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and who pick up their orders, will be taxed like PA residents. Out-of-State customers may complete a tax exemption form to recieve exemption on qualifying items.
